• What is PRF, exactly?+

• Is microneedling painful?+

  A topical numbing compound is applied for 20 minutes before treatment. Most patients describe a warm prickling, not pain. Downtime is 48–72 hours of mild redness.

• How long until I see results?+

  Neuromodulators (Botox): 3–7 days. Microneedling & PRF: 4–8 weeks for collagen remodeling; layered improvements over a series.
