Dr. Tulsi Soni
A Chicago-area native and Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine graduate. Dr. Soni joined the practice in 2026 and works across restorative, preventive, and digitally planned care.
About Dr. Soni
Dr. Tulsi Soni grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago with her parents, her twin younger brothers, and her grandmother. She earned her bachelor's degree in biological sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago, then her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2026. She moved to Fort Wayne to join Middleton Family Dentistry straight out of dental school.
Her training runs across comprehensive care: restorative work, simple and surgical extractions, anterior and posterior endodontics, fixed and removable prosthodontics, and preventive care. She works in digital workflows throughout, from intraoral scanning and milling to digital treatment planning, on CEREC Primescan, Trios, and iTero. What drew her to dentistry was the artistry of it, and the fact that the difference you make for someone shows up in real time.
She has volunteered through the Illinois State Dental Society's Mission of Mercy in Peoria, Give Kids a Smile at SIU, and Heartland Free Dentistry Day in St. Louis. Outside the operatory she collects languages (Gujarati, Hindi, some Spanish, and five years of Mandarin so far), plays badminton, recently picked up tennis, cooks her way through new recipes, and travels.
